what you need

6 large navel oranges
1/4 cup brandy
Juice of one orange
2 tablespoons caster sugar
1 cinnamon stick
2 cloves
125g tub PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
1 tablespoon honey
Finely grated rind of one orange
2 tablespoons flaked almonds, toasted

PEEL and thinly slice the oranges, arrange in a shallow dish. Gently heat the brandy, juice, sugar, cinnamon and cloves. Allow to cool, and pour over orange slices. Refrigerate 1-2 hours or overnight.

COMBINE the Philly*, honey and rind.

SERVE orange slices with a dollop of philly mixture, and scattered with almonds.
