what you need

250g minced beef
1 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/3 cup KRAFT Crunchy Peanut Butter
1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
4 ciabatta rolls or burger rolls, split
Lettuce, to serve
Sliced tomato, to serve
Sliced red onion, to serve
Sweet chilli sauce, to serve

make it

COMBINE the mince with the next 6 ingredients and mix well. Divide and form into 4 burgers.

CHARGRILL the burgers in an oiled pan over medium heat for 7-10 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from the pan.

ASSEMBLE lettuce, tomato and onion onto the bread bases, top with the burgers and drizzle with sweet chilli sauce. Serve immediately.
