what you need

2 small wholemeal pita breads
2 tablespoons tomato salsa
50g baby spinach leaves
60 salt reduced, fat free shaved ham
1 small red capsicum, thinly sliced
50g button mushrooms, sliced
Black pepper
2 KRAFT LIVEACTIVE Cheese Slices

make it

PLACE pita bread onto a large oven tray. Divide salsa evenly over bread. Top with spinach, ham, capsicum, mushrooms and pepper. Bake at 180ºC fan-forced for 6 minutes.

TOP pita bread with cheese, and bake a further 2 minutes, until cheese is melted, and base is crisp.
