Five Minute Omelette

what you need

3 eggs
1 tablespoon water
Finely chopped vegetables such as capsicum, mushrooms, spinach
1/2 cup grated KRAFT* Cheddar Cheese

make it

MIX eggs and water in a bowl.

HEAT a little oil in a frying pan, pour in eggs and cook slowly until set underneath, but still moist on top.

TOP half the omelette with sliced vegetables and cheese. Fold the unfilled half of the omelette over the filling, cook a further 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
