what you need

100g mixed salad leaves
100g sugar snap peas, blanched
1 Lebanese cucumber, chopped
1 orange, peeled, cut into segments, reserving any juice
1/2 red onion, cut into wedges
400g cooked prawn cutlets
1/3 cup KRAFT FREE* Caesar Dressing

make it

ARRANGE salad leaves onto serving platter, top with remaining salad ingredients and prawns.

COMBINE dressing with orange juice and drizzle over salad, serve immediately.
