SPRINKLE sugar over the base of 4 × 1 cup capacity greased shallow ovenproof dishes. Divide berries evenly between the dishes.
WHISK together the Philly*, extra sugar, flour, vanilla and one egg until smooth. Add remaining eggs and milk and whisk until smooth. Pour mixture evenly over berries.
BAKE at 200°C for 20 minutes or until golden and cooked. Dust with icing sugar and serve warm.
