COMBINE steak and garlic in a bowl and marinate at least 20 minutes.
HEAT oil in a frying pan or wok over a high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry 2-3 minutes until just browned. Add capsicum, zucchini and spring onions and stir-fry a further 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender.
ADD combined water, hoi sin sauce, Vegemite*, sweet chilli sauce, cornflour and curry powder. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes until sauce is thickened. Serve immediately with rice noodles.
