Vegemite Asian Prawn Skewers

1 1/2 tablespoons 
VEGEMITE
2 teaspoons 
minced garlic
2 teaspoons 
minced ginger
2 teaspoons 
sesame oil
2 teaspoons 
oil
1 1/2 tablespoons 
coriander paste
1 1/2 tablespoons 
sweet chilli sauce
500g  
green prawn cutlets, deveined
 
Barbecue vegetables, for serving
  1. SOAK the skewers in boiling water for 20-30 minutes. Combine the Vegemite with the garlic, ginger, oils, coriander and chilli sauce to form a marinade.
  2. THREAD each prawn along the length of a bamboo skewer. Brush well with the marinade and refrigerate for 30-45 minutes.
  3. BARBECUE the prawns over a medium heat for 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through. Serve immediately with barbecued vegetables.
