CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. Entry is via mail only.

2. Entry is only open to Australian residents. Directors and employees (and the immediate families of directors and employees) of the Promoter, participating outlets and any of their agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.

3. The Promotion commences on 18/2/2008 and concludes last mail received on 30/3/2008 (the "Promotion Period"). No responsibility will be taken for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, lost, late, misdirected or redirected mail.

4. To enter, individuals must purchase any two (2) Kraft Salad Dressings or Mayonnaise products from a participating Woolworths/Safeway store during the Promotion Period, complete the entry form provided in store, include the two product barcodes with the entry form (and retain the purchase receipt(s) as proof of purchase) and send the completed entry form together with the two barcodes to “Kraft Your Share of up to $1 Million Dollars” PO Box 578, Eastern Suburbs MC, NSW 2004. Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period. Illegible, late or incomplete entries will be invalid and therefore ineligible to enter the Promotion or win a prize.

5. Multiple entries from the same person will be accepted, but each entry must contain the barcodes of 2 separate Kraft Salad Dressings or Mayonnaise products purchased during the Promotion Period which have not previously been the subject of an entry in the Promotion. Where a barcode is difficult to remove from a product, the entrant should complete the entry form by supplying the barcode information relating to that product and retain the product and receipt for verification.

6. The Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to verify the validity of any entry and, at its absolute discretion, to disqualify any entrant not able to produce, upon the request of the Promoter, missing original barcodes and purchase receipt(s) as proof of purchase in respect of an entry.

7. The prize draw will take place at Belong, Level 8, 155 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000 on 9/4/2008 at 10am (AEST).

8. The first four valid entries drawn from all entries received (“Participants”) will each win the opportunity to participate in the $250,000 Prize Event (“Event”). The Event prize for Participants who reside in a Territory or a state other than Victoria will include 2 return economy airfares to Melbourne from the Australian capital city nearest to the Participant’s place of resident, 1 night’s accommodation in a 4 star hotel, breakfast and hotel-airport transfers. Participants (and their companions) are responsible for all other expenses including spending money, meals (unless specified), drinks, transfers (unless specified), laundry charges, activities (unless specified) and all other ancillary costs. The Participants will be notified by telephone and mail and their names will be published in the Australian newspaper on 14/4/2008.

9. The Event will take place at Kraft Foods, 187 Todd Road, Fishermans Bend, VIC on 23/4/2008 at 2pm (AEST).  There will be 4 sets of 250 numbered envelopes on display at the commencement of the Event.  In each set of envelopes, one envelope will contain a Major Prize message representing $250,000.  The remaining 249 envelopes will each contain a card representing the consolation prize of $10,000.  Each Participant (or proxy or representative if applicable) will be directed to a set of envelopes and will be required to choose one envelope only without handling or touching or interfering in any way with any of the other envelopes on display other than the envelope chosen by them.  If a Participant (or proxy, if applicable) is found to have breached this condition, they will be disqualified.  If the envelope chosen by a Participant (or proxy, or representative if applicable) contains the Major Prize message, then subject to verification by the judges, the Participant will win the $250,000 Major Prize, awarded in the form of a cheque.  However, if a Participant (or proxy, or representative, if applicable) does not choose the envelope with the Major Prize message, then the Major Prize in respect of that set of 250 envelopes will not be given away, and the Participant will win the consolation prize of $10,000, awarded in the form of a cheque.

10. In the event that a Participant cannot attend the Event, the Participant may appoint a proxy (over 18 years of age) to attend and participate in the Event on the Participant’s behalf provided that the Participant gives the Promoter written notice to that effect before the start of the Event.  Alternatively, a Participant may elect to participate in the Event via telephone whereby they will select a number between 1 and 250 inclusive and a representative of the Promoter will select the envelope bearing that number on the participant’s behalf. Event will be witnessed by an approved scrutineer. The Participant’s will be provided with further information on how they may participate via telephone when they are notified that they are a winner. In the event that the Promoter has not been able to contact a drawn Participant before the commencement of the Event, a representative of the Promoter will participate in the Event on the drawn Participant’s behalf, and the prize selected will be awarded to the original Participant drawn. The original Participant will be notified by mail of the prize selected by the representative and advised of how to claim their prize.

11. The odds of winning a Major Prize of $250,000 once drawn as a Participant, is 1:250

12. Total value of the travel component for each winner is up to $3300. Total maximum prize pool to be won at the Event is $1,000,000 (including GST).  Total maximum promotional prize pool value is $1,013,200.00

13. Prize values are correct as at the date of publication and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Independent financial and/or taxation advice should be sought. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise for the winner.

14. The prize is subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written direction from any relevant State or Territory government authority (where required).

15. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of accepting the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

16. The Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to confirm and verify the identity of the winning entrant, by requesting the winning entrant to provide proof of name, proof of age and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. The Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to disqualify any entrant for failing to comply with any of these Conditions of Entry in good faith. Identification considered suitable is at the Promoter's absolute discretion.

17. If a drawn entry is deemed not to comply with these Conditions of Entry, the entry will be discarded and the next drawn entry that does comply with these Conditions of Entry will be awarded the prize. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

18. In the event a prize resulting from the Event remains unclaimed, the Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as are necessary on 16/7/2008 at 10am (AEST) in order to distribute any prize unclaimed by that date, subject however to any written directions given under Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA) and, where applicable, the name of the prize winner will be published in The Australian newspaper on 21/07/08.

The Promoter is not responsible for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrect, inaccurate, delayed, or misdirected entries or for any theft, destruction, unauthorised access to, or alteration or tampering of entries or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of the Promotion.

21. If for any reason any aspect of the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the relevant gaming authorities in each State and Territory, where required.

22. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The information provided by entrants will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the Promotion.
