Instructions
Grab 2 dumbbells and then lie flat on your back on a flat bench.
Hold the dumbbells just above the chest with the palms of your hands facing each other.
Slowly bring your arms out to each side while maintaining a slight bend in your elbows.
Bring your arms back to the starting position - remember to stay in control of the motion.
Breathe with the motion - exhale as you lower the weights and inhale as you bring them back to the starting position.
