Dumbbell Chest Fly - Female

Instructions

  • Grab 2 dumbbells and then lie flat on your back on a flat bench. 
  • Hold the dumbbells just above the chest with the palms of your hands facing each other. 
  • Slowly bring your arms out to each side while maintaining a slight bend in your elbows. 
  • Bring your arms back to the starting position - remember to stay in control of the motion. 
  • Breathe with the motion - exhale as you lower the weights and inhale as you bring them back to the starting position.

Tip

Focus on returning to the start position at a slower rate of motion, and make sure you maintain control of the weight at all times.
