Tricep Extensions (Machine) - Female

Instructions

  • Sit on the machine and place the back of your upper arms on the pad, aligning your elbows at the same pivot point as the machines.
  • Push the pad forward and down until your arm is fully extended. (Do not lock your elbow)
  • Hold for one second and slowly return to the starting position. Stay in control of the motion at all times and do not let the muscle relax before starting the next repetition.
  • Breathe with the motion - breathing in as you bring your arms forward and out as you return to the starting motion.

Tip

Focus on returning to the start position at a slower rate of motion, and make sure you maintain control of the weight at all times.
