Instructions
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Keep your knees slightly bent, your arms extended at your sides with the palms of your hands facing front.
Grasping the dumbbells in both hands, curl your arms slightly forward and up. Touch the tip of the dumbbells to the front of the shoulders.
Pause for 2 seconds, then using resistance return your arms to the starting position.
Exhale while bringing the weight up and inhale while pushing the weight down. Repeat.

Tip
Remember to keep your back straight with your abdominal muscles tight when doing this exercise - not only will this reduce the risk for back injury but also reduces your movement and makes your biceps do all the work. Also, keep your elbows close to your sides at all times during the movement. This exercise can also be done one arm at a time, alternating arms as you go.
