Instructions
Sit on the machine and place the back of your arms on the pad, aligning your elbows at the same pivot point as the machines.
Grab the handles with an underhand grip and bring the handles toward you.
Hold for one second and slowly return to the starting position. Stay in control of the motion at all times and do not let the muscle relax before starting the next repetition.
Breathe with the motion - breathing in as you bring your arms forward and out as you return to the starting motion.
