A Cheese Board for 10: Guidelines
Provide a selection of at least 6 varieties of cheese, allowing 300g of each when serving 10 (30g each cheese per person)
Fresh: Cream Cheese, Feta, Ricotta, Bocconcini
White Mould: Brie or Camembert
Washed Rind: Raclette, Tilsit
Blue Vein: Blue Brie, Stilton, Gorgonzola
Eye Cheese: Edam, Gruyere, Swiss
Cheddar: Red Leicester, Colby, Club Cheese, Vintage Cheddar
Hard: Romano, Pepato, Parmesan, Pecorino
Supplement the cheese board with grapes, pear or crisp apples, dried fruit, fruit pastes, nuts, crusty breads, lavash and a variety of crackers including Captains Table Water Crackers or Ritz.
Ensure that cheese is removed from the fridge at least 1 hour prior to serving.
